Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. You may cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled service time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the quoted service amount.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will return to address any concerns at no additional cost.
If a deposit was collected and the service has not yet been performed, we will refund the full deposit amount upon request, provided the cancellation meets the notice requirements above.
Refunds for completed services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our team so we can make it right.
