Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. You can cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment with the following terms:
- 48+ hours before your appointment: Free cancellation or reschedule, no questions asked.
- Less than 48 hours (including lockouts and no-shows): We may charge up to 50% of the quoted price. If it's your first time with us, we waive the first late cancellation. Emergencies happen, call us as early as you can.
Make-It-Right Guarantee
If you are not happy with any aspect of your cleaning:
- Tell us within 24 hours: Walk the checklist when we finish, or contact us within 24 hours of your service.
- Free re-clean: We will return within 2 business days to address the specific areas of concern at no additional charge.
- Refund: If the re-clean does not resolve the issue, we refund the affected portion of your service.
- Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Membership Cancellations
Recurring cleaning memberships (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) can be cancelled at any time:
- Cancel through your Customer Portal or by calling us at (830) 406-6195.
- Cancellations take effect after your next scheduled cleaning.
- No fee to cancel your membership, and no long-term contracts.
Promotional & Gift Card Refunds
- Promo codes: Services booked with promotional discounts are refunded at the discounted price paid.
- Gift cards: Unused gift card balances are non-refundable but do not expire.
